Leave it or Love it?

Dress: Forever21 | Shoes: Payless | Bag: SM Parisian | Accessories: Something Borrowed & SM accessories

For an outfit to be blog worthy or Instagram and Lookbook worthy doesn't have to be New- and when I say new, like you just bought it from signature brand that costs a monthly postpaid bill or more than. - Sometimes, you just only have to look right at the realms of your closet and go over your old stuffs that pays a perfect outfit to slay the day. You love it at first sight, you can't just leave it at second.

I got a lot in thought of mix matching something new on what to be the perfect outfit on my last day of not wearing uniform. It's weekend and Saturday classes is ringing down my clock, so since it's going to be a long exciting day, and it stresses me that I cant think of anything NEW to wear, and I even

haven't gone to a shopping haul yet after the busy schedule I had with events, gatherings and school, what got me as the only option is to open my closet and try on old goodies I had with me. - As a fashion enthusiast, I have to consider dressing on school bases and not just by putting on clothing that I want, although it doesn't even look like appropriate inside the university premises. - So my perfect pick is a slip on dress that isn't too short and not too long which I got last May, and my favorite oxford shoes which I had it for a year, and a backpack which I seldom used which, of course, matches my shoes plus the usual accessories because I wanted for the look to stay simple, also, I don't want to be a little over dress at school.

This slip on dress I'm wearing has slits on both sides and a lace up feature right at the back which caught up my attention the moment I glanced on it in the store. What I love about this dress is that it is something that I could go for casuals and also for go outs with friends and even in school- it's not that short and it's not that long that the university guard can not forbid me to go inside the school premises (insert evil laugh here) So yes, it's still a "school thing".

For my shoes, I go for my old goodie oxford which I have fallen in love with for a year now and it is still in definitely good shape, and the color is still there. What made me really pick this instead of any sneakers, because I have always been into black and white, so I thought why not black over brown? It made me think of my favorite Chocolate Mocha Ice cream; black and brown- yes you got it right.

Also, the bag has something to do with my shoes, because I wanted this look to be as worthy as it is. I'm not really into backpacks, because it's not my kind of thing, I'm the kind of girl you only see with a hand bag and purse with her- but yes! I did, and I feel like I'm back to being at high school again, definitely looking young and "school-ish". I got it from Parisian last year because I had the feeling that somehow owning a backpack is a must.

Back details

For my accessories, I finally had a replacement for my old watch which lasted 8months than the usual life span of my watches (applause). I got this gold chain watch with pink colored face from Something Borrowed  on my purchase from Zalora, it is very satisfying knowing that I have been wishing myself a new watch in Gold that I found it very expensive to go over top brands until I finally found this at Zalora for a very affordable price. You have to know it by downloading the Zalora app now

To sum the look up, it was definitely a good try to let yourself fit on the unusual things- like the use of backpack- and this really proves that old clothing are lifesavers slash backups, it may be best friend, who will always be available whenever you need her, you only have to call it inside your closet. for more pictures, go ahead and check them below.
